Alliance Group

Alliance Group is a Georgian construction and development company founded in 2005. Public company profiles describe it as an early mover in Georgia’s mixed-use and hotel-branded development segment, with major Batumi projects including Alliance Palace, Alliance Privilege, and Alliance Centropolis. The most notable project in the portfolio is Alliance Palace, which stands out for its location and investment profile. The portfolio has a clear focus on Heroes Alley, one of the more recognizable Batumi search locations. This makes the developer especially relevant for buyers comparing investment potential, liquidity and long-term resale value.
