NewCity

NewCity has projects in Batumi, including Lux Tower. Public information about the company is still limited, so buyers should focus on the specific project: location, construction stage, layouts, payment terms and current availability. HomeRadar keeps the AI Rating hidden until there is enough verified data on the developer’s delivery history, project track record and transparency. The rating will be updated as additional information is confirmed.
