Pontus Development connects to HomeRadar: real-time prices, exclusive offers and analytics

HomeRadar starts cooperation with Pontus Development. After the connection, project prices and availability are updated in HomeRadar in real time, while platform users gain access to special prices, discounts and other conditions provided by Pontus Development for the HomeRadar audience.

Current exclusive offers will be collected in the Exclusives section. New prices, discounts and special conditions can also be followed through HomeRadar social channels.

HomeRadar analytics remains a separate layer. Developer data is used as current offer information, while the project continues to be evaluated and compared under the same platform methodology.

At the time of preparation, HomeRadar lists Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa Gonio. Both Invest and HomeRadar Living are available for the project. Prices, availability, construction status and analytical indicators change as data is updated.

What the connection changes

The main change for the user is fresher source data.

A primary-market property price can change faster than an analytical card, marketing page or third-party catalog can be updated. The Pontus Development connection lets HomeRadar receive price and availability changes in real time and reflect them in the project faster.

This also matters for analytics. When the entry price changes, calculated yield and other indicators for a specific offer can change as well.

The second part of the cooperation is special conditions for HomeRadar users. Pontus Development can send exclusive prices, discounts and offers to the platform when they differ from standard public terms.

These offers can be limited by time or by the availability of specific rooms and units, so current terms should always be checked directly in HomeRadar.

Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa Gonio is available in both analysis modes. Invest focuses on the investment side of the project, while HomeRadar Living adds location, infrastructure, building characteristics, management, parking and other everyday-use factors.

Pontus Development at the time of connection

At the time of preparation, HomeRadar does not yet publish a numerical developer rating for Pontus Development.

Pontus Rotana Resort & Spa Gonio differs from a standard residential complex because it is structured as a hotel resort under the international Rotana brand.

Rotana lists the Gonio project among its upcoming openings for 2027. Official Pontus materials describe it as a five-star hotel resort with room inventory, resort infrastructure and a passive-management investment model.

For HomeRadar, the brand and commercial concept do not replace the calculation. The result depends on entry price, calculated ADR, occupancy, liquidity, construction stage and other project-level inputs.

Once real-time prices are connected, a change in the price of a specific unit can reach the investment scenario faster.

Within the cooperation, Pontus Development provides current project information, including price changes, availability and special offers for HomeRadar users.

HomeRadar normalizes these inputs and uses them together with other verified sources in its own analytical models.
